No-Hassle Return Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you are more than welcome to return your purchase back for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date.

To contact us for a return authorization number, please fill out the form at our Contact Us page.

Please be sure to include the following information:

  • Order ID Number
  • E-Mail Address
  • Purchase Date
  • Reason for Return

Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. Refunds will be credited back into your original payment method. We recommend adding a tracking number with your return to ensure that the package is received. We will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages during the transit of the return.

Note: Returns without a return authorization number cannot be processed.

Shipping Policy

We offer free domestic “USPS First Class Mail” shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail as soon as we process the order and it can be tracked directly at USPS.com. Please allow 4-7 business days for delivery.

We also offer “USPS Priority Shipping” for an additional cost of $6.99 at checkout. Estimated delivery for this service is 2-5 business days.

There may be an extended delay on the delivery time during the holidays and/or peak season. Timely delivery is based on the terms & conditions of the shipping carrier.

All orders shipped to an address in California are subject to state sales tax.

We are not liable for any orders that are lost due to incorrect address provided. For orders that are returned back to us due to incorrect address, please contact us to reschedule delivery or process a refund. We highly recommend you to double check your address prior to checkout.
