**Note: Returns without a return authorization number cannot be processed.
Requirements for Returns:
- Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.
- Return shipping is at the buyer's cost.
- Customer will be only given a product refund. Shipping & handling are nonrefundable.
We recommend adding a tracking number with your return to ensure that we receive the package. We will not be liable for any lost or stolen packages during the transit of the return.
We offer free domestic “USPS First Class Mail” shipping. A tracking number will be sent to your e-mail as soon as we process the order and it can be tracked directly at USPS.com. Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery.
We also offer “USPS Priority Shipping” for an additional cost of $6.99 at checkout. Estimated delivery for this service is 2-5 business days.
There may be an extended delay on the delivery time during the holidays and/or peak season. Timely delivery is based on the terms & conditions of the shipping carrier.
All orders shipped to an address in California are subject to state sales tax.
We are not liable for any orders that are lost due to incorrect address provided. For orders that are returned back to us due to incorrect address, please contact us to reschedule delivery or process a refund. We highly recommend you to double check your address prior to checkout.
